Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping, everywhere in the UK
We keep shipping simple: every order ships free, with no minimum spend required, anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Delivery timeline
- Processing time: 1–2 business days to prepare your order before it ships.
- Delivery time: 1–7 business days once dispatched.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
How you’ll know where your order is
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its progress right up to your door.
One shipping option, for everyone
We currently offer a single shipping method — free standard delivery — for all orders and all UK postcodes. There’s no express or next-day option at this time, so the 1–7 business day window applies across the board.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected
If it’s been more than 7 business days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@sgislandcart.com or +44 1372 463099 with your order number, and we’ll look into it with the courier right away.
Return & Refund
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund — no reason needed. This is more generous than your minimum legal right to cancel under UK law, so by offering 30 days, we already cover that requirement in full.
What condition the item needs to be in
You’re welcome to open the packaging and check the item the way you would in a physical shop. If it comes back showing signs of use beyond this — for example, worn, installed, or damaged — we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value. We’ll always explain clearly why, and how much, before finalising any deduction.
How to return an item
- Email support@sgislandcart.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll confirm the process and give you a returns address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7 days.
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect
This isn’t limited to the 30-day window. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, and we’ll cover the return cost in full — you won’t be out of pocket. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for the fastest resolution; your legal rights for faulty goods continue beyond this period too.
Items we cannot accept for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or are not in resaleable condition cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase are also excluded unless faulty.
Your rights are not limited by this policy
Nothing here reduces your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If anything in this policy conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights take priority.

About this item
- REBUILT FOR COMFORT — AirPods 4 have been redesigned for exceptional all-day comfort and greater stability. With a refined contour, shorter stem, and quick-press controls for music or calls.
- ACTIVE NOISE CANCELLATION — AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation help reduce outside noise before it reaches your ears, so you can immerse yourself in what you’re listening to.
- HEAR THE WORLD AROUND YOU — The powerful H2 chip comes to AirPods 4. Adaptive Audio seamlessly blends Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency mode — which lets you comfortably hear and interact with the world around you exactly as it sounds — to provide the best listening experience in any environment. And when you’re speaking to someone nearby, Conversation Awareness automatically lowers the volume of what’s playing.
- IMPROVED SOUND AND CALL QUALITY — Voice Isolation improves the quality of calls in loud conditions. Using advanced computational audio, it reduces background noise while isolating and clarifying the sound of your voice for whoever you’re speaking to.
- MAGICAL EXPERIENCE — Just say “Siri” or “Hey Siri” to play a song, make a call or check your schedule. And with Siri Interactions, now you can respond to Siri by simply nodding your head yes or shaking your head no. Pair AirPods 4 by simply placing them near your device and tapping Connect on your screen. Easily share a song or show between two sets of AirPods. An optical in-ear sensor knows to play audio only when you’re wearing AirPods and pauses when you take them off. And you can track down your AirPods and Charging Case with the Find My app.
- PERSONALISED SPATIAL AUDIO — Personalised Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking places sound all around you, creating a cinema-like listening experience for music, TV shows, movies, games and more.
- REDESIGNED CASE — The Charging Case is the smallest in the industry with wireless charging. Charge with an Apple Watch charger, USB-C Charge Cable or Qi-certified charger.
