Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping, everywhere in the UK

We keep shipping simple: every order ships free, with no minimum spend required, anywhere in the United Kingdom.

Delivery timeline

Processing time: 1–2 business days to prepare your order before it ships.
Delivery time: 1–7 business days once dispatched.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How you’ll know where your order is

Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its progress right up to your door.

One shipping option, for everyone

We currently offer a single shipping method — free standard delivery — for all orders and all UK postcodes. There’s no express or next-day option at this time, so the 1–7 business day window applies across the board.

If your delivery is taking longer than expected

If it’s been more than 7 business days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@sgislandcart.com or +44 1372 463099 with your order number, and we’ll look into it with the courier right away.

Return & Refund

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund — no reason needed. This is more generous than your minimum legal right to cancel under UK law, so by offering 30 days, we already cover that requirement in full.

What condition the item needs to be in

You’re welcome to open the packaging and check the item the way you would in a physical shop. If it comes back showing signs of use beyond this — for example, worn, installed, or damaged — we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value. We’ll always explain clearly why, and how much, before finalising any deduction.

How to return an item

Email support@sgislandcart.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for return.
We’ll confirm the process and give you a returns address.
Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back.
Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7 days.

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect

This isn’t limited to the 30-day window. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, and we’ll cover the return cost in full — you won’t be out of pocket. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for the fastest resolution; your legal rights for faulty goods continue beyond this period too.

Items we cannot accept for return

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or are not in resaleable condition cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase are also excluded unless faulty.

Your rights are not limited by this policy

Nothing here reduces your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If anything in this policy conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights take priority.

About this item

EASY TO CLEAN DESIGN: Powerful 240W matte black stainless steel, easy-to-clean metal with a large 75mm tilting feeding tube for minimal waste. Easy to assemble, operate, and clean, 100% BPA-free parts ensure safe cleanup. Runs quietly – less than 60 decibels. Heavy-duty stainless steel and a sturdy, stable body ensure a quiet and calm environment when juicing, and look amazing in your kitchen
HIGHER NUTRITIONAL VALUE: As a masticating juicer machine, the auger spins at 60 RPM, which preserves the vitamins, enzymes, minerals, trace minerals and nutrients from being destroyed as opposed to centrifugal juicers. Maintain minimal oxidation, low heat buildup, reduced foaming, and no clogging. Features a tilted, wide-mouth feeding chute for minimal waste and faster operation, requiring less preparation time
NEW SIEVE INCLUDED: In our latest version, we’ve included a sieve. That means you can decide if you’d like the pulp bits in or out! Simply place it on top of the juice jug, and it will catch all the pulp as the juice is being made
MORE THAN JUST JUICE: High yield and dry pulp extraction. Use the new sieve to decide if you want bits in or out! This machine extracts your fruits, vegetables, sorbets, nut milks, nut butters, and fruit ice creams. Two filters are included for all drinks, fruit ice cream, and fruit sorbets. Comes with two 1-litre jugs and a cleaning brush. Slow juicers have a higher juice yield compared to centrifugal juicers due to the auger squeezing and reverse function

JUICES & NUT MILKS: Feeding in whole fruits like apples, carrots, and lemons is easier than ever! Cold-pressed juice, citric juices, and vegetable juices are quickly prepared. Not only does your juicer machine produce juice, but the f1900 whole fruit juicer also produces sorbets, fruit ice cream, nut butters and nut milks quickly
