3. Product information

We do our best to make sure everything on our site — descriptions, images, and prices — is accurate and up to date. Occasionally, a product’s appearance may vary slightly from its photo due to screen display differences, and we’ll correct any pricing or description errors as soon as we spot them.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment processor. If we discover a pricing error after you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you before processing anything further, and you’re free to cancel at no cost if you’d rather not proceed at the corrected price.

5. Delivery

6. Returns
