Shipping Policy
Free standard shipping, everywhere in the UK
We keep shipping simple: every order ships free, with no minimum spend required, anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Delivery timeline
- Processing time: 1–2 business days to prepare your order before it ships.
- Delivery time: 1–7 business days once dispatched.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
How you’ll know where your order is
Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its progress right up to your door.
One shipping option, for everyone
We currently offer a single shipping method — free standard delivery — for all orders and all UK postcodes. There’s no express or next-day option at this time, so the 1–7 business day window applies across the board.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected
If it’s been more than 7 business days since dispatch and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at support@sgislandcart.com or +44 1372 463099 with your order number, and we’ll look into it with the courier right away.
Return & Refund
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund — no reason needed. This is more generous than your minimum legal right to cancel under UK law, so by offering 30 days, we already cover that requirement in full.
What condition the item needs to be in
You’re welcome to open the packaging and check the item the way you would in a physical shop. If it comes back showing signs of use beyond this — for example, worn, installed, or damaged — we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the reduction in value. We’ll always explain clearly why, and how much, before finalising any deduction.
How to return an item
- Email support@sgislandcart.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the reason for return.
- We’ll confirm the process and give you a returns address.
- Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it back.
- Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll refund you to your original payment method within 7 days.
If something arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect
This isn’t limited to the 30-day window. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, and we’ll cover the return cost in full — you won’t be out of pocket. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for the fastest resolution; your legal rights for faulty goods continue beyond this period too.
Items we cannot accept for return
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or are not in resaleable condition cannot be returned unless faulty. Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase are also excluded unless faulty.
Your rights are not limited by this policy
Nothing here reduces your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If anything in this policy conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights take priority.

About this item
- 【Motor Overload Protection Warning】This Product Is Equipped With A Motor Overload Protection System To Prevent Damage. When The Current Becomes Too High, The Motor Will Automatically Shut Down And Resume Operation About 5 Seconds After The Load Is Reduced. If Overload Protection Activates Frequently, Stop Using The Machine Immediately And Check Whether The Blade Is Jammed Or Whether Grass, Weeds, Or Debris Are Entangled Around The Cutting Head. Remove All Obstructions Before Restarting.
- 【Powerful & Truly Cordless Freedom】Designed for modern gardens, this cordless strimmer with battery and charger removes the limits of cables and sockets. Powered by a 21V lithium battery system, it delivers stable cutting power for lawns, weeds and edging. Compared with a traditional electric strimmer, this no wire strimmer is safer, more flexible and ideal for large gardens, allotments and roadside areas. One charge provides up to 30–60 minutes of reliable working time for everyday garden maintenance.
- 【4-in-1 Multi-Blade System with 14 Cutting Heads】This strimmer with blades is supplied with a full 4-in-1 cutting system, giving you the right tool for every task. Includes 2×7” circular saw blades for shrubs and light branches, 4×8” straight metal blades for dense grass and tough weeds, 6×8” nylon cutting lines for lawn edging and soft grass, plus 2×6” steel wire brush heads for moss, cracks and surface cleaning. One garden strimmer cordless replaces multiple grass cutters, lawn edger and brush cutter cordless tools for complete garden care.
- 【Dual 21V 2.0Ah Batteries with LCD Power Display】Equipped with 2×21V 2000mAh lithium batteries, this battery powered strimmer delivers dependable runtime. One battery offers 20–30 minutes under load or up to 40 minutes no-load, while two batteries extend use to 40–60 minutes. The built-in LCD power percentage display shows remaining charge clearly, and multiple safety protections against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent and overheating ensure safe, long-lasting performance.
- 【Easy Assembly, Dual Safety Start & Protective Guard】Designed for hassle-free use, this electric strimmer cordless is quick to assemble with no tools required. Dual safety activation (safety button + trigger) prevents accidental start-up, while the protective guard helps block debris and grass splash. The side guide wheel improves control when edging lawns. Ideal for anyone seeking a safe, user-friendly weed trimmer cordless or cordless garden strimmer for home use.
- 【Low Noise, Clean Power for Gardens】Running at approximately 75dB, this battery operated strimmer is quieter than petrol alternatives and neighbour-friendly. No fuel mixing, fumes or engine maintenance are required, making garden care cleaner and more comfortable. Whether trimming lawns, clearing weeds or maintaining borders, this cordless strimmer offers smooth performance for gardens, courtyards, orchards and light outdoor work.
Safety Information:
